At 48,000 to 49,000 my vehicle started experiencing PTU issues and Auto start/stop feature issues. My PTU unit started grinding and making loud noises while driving. I contacted my local Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealership and they said my PTU and the sensor for the PTU was going out and needed to be replaced. I couldnt drive my car for over 2 weeks because it was in the shop. It costs me over $5000 to get it replaced. My warranty couldnt cover it and it says I dont have any recalls. But other similar vehicles have the same issue and give a recall. After more research on the PTU issue, I noticed that 2013-2017 had the same recalls. Now my 2019 is being included with the FCA # 01C and the NHTSA Campaign # 25V011000. I believe my vehicle should be part of this safety issue and I should be reimbursed for this common safety issue.
