Headrest ds not stay in the upright position in the 2nd row due to manufacturer defect. My child is supposed to sit there and now there is no headrest, thus putting his safety/life at risk. This defect has been frequently reported across multiple forms on the internet of other vehicles with the same make and model experiencing the SAME defect.
