The vehicle was then towed to another Ford dealer to be diagnosed, and the contact was informed that 8 out of the 10 clutches were burned, causing the failure of the transmission. On another occasion, while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle became stuck on a hill in 7th gear. The contact stated that the failure had become a consistent failure.
