Subsequent to Fisker Group’s bankruptcy filing, I received NHTSA Safety Recall Campaign TSB30032401, which required the cabin electric water pump (EWP_H) in my 2023 Fisker Ocean to be replaced. The two authorized Fisker repair facilities in my area were not being reimbursed by Fisker for the cost of performing the recall work. I thus paid $150.00 out of pocket to one of those facilities, Premium Autoworks in Riverside, California, to perform the repair, which was completed on Jan. 30, 2025. I am therefore requesting that Fisker reimburse me the full $150.00. I do not know who to contact to obtain reimbursement since Fisker is in bankruptcy. I respectively request that NHTSA assist me in obtaining reimbursement. Thank you.
