On multiple occasions my 2024 Grand Cherokee 4XE will flash ‘Service Hybrid System’ and cut out while driving. Brakes, steering, and other functions are severely limited on these occurences. I have brought this issue up with the Jeep dealership every time the incident happens and they always ask if there are any lights on. No lights stay on, the engine and all systems just cut out. Tried contacting Jeep corporate help line and never get anywhere with them. I would like to turn the vehicle in, but they will not allow me to do so as they can never seem to find anything wrong with it, since it shows no codes.
