Regarding NHTSA Recall No. / MFR Recall No. : 24V-867 / SC327, I have contacted Kia America by email who is avoiding to take action in rectifying the SC327 defect. From March 11th to March 15th 2025 I have emailed Kia several times to address the issue of my Kia EV6 car, the lack of response from their side compels me to lodge a complaint with you.
