While on an incline with the front-end facing up-hill, in 2WD mode, the truck rolls backward after placed in ‘Park.’ The truck will continue rolling until application of the brakes. This happens every time. When in 4WD (H) mode, the truck ds not roll when in ‘Park.’ This has occurred since we purchased the truck on 23 December 2024; however, until yesterday, we thought the truck was only sliding on our icy driveway. On 20 February 2025, we confirmed without a doubt that the truck is actually rolling while in ‘Park.’ To ensure the truck ds not roll, after placing in ‘Park,’ we also apply the parking/emergency brake. This was reported to our local Ford dealer on 21 February 2025. A service appointment has been made.
