My car suffered a failure of the Integrated Charge Control Unit (‘ICCU’) which makes the car underivable. This is the third time that I have had an issue with the ICCU. The first two times, it failed to charge the 12V battery, leading to a loss of all 12V systems and being unable to drive the car. This third time, the car now refuses to charge on AC power. Hyundai has tried to ‘repair’ this issue with software updates, but it dsn’t fix it. Now I am waiting for a remanufactured ICCU to replace my broken one.
