The contact stated that on another occasion, while at a traffic light, the brake pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to stop. The vehicle was then taken to a dealer, but the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
