Upon investigation, the contact discovered NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V060000 (LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES); and the contact linked the failure to the recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that the vehicle was not covered under warranty and was provided an estimate for the repair.
