In 2017, I purchased my vehicle brand new from Honda of Union City. A few years later there was a fuel pump recall on my car. I made numerous attempts, phone calls and visits to 3 known honda dealers in Atlanta, GA. I kept getting the runaround, no parts or always something to avoid fixing my car. I called months ago to ask why I never received a letter from honda about the recall and the parts. I was told that my car was fixed by honda of Union City and the case was closed in 2019. However, I have documentation showing the recall was opened until 2023. My car was never fixed, I didn’t see or sign any paperwork from Honda.
