When using my HondaLink app to access the vehicle features, (check state of charge, lock or unlock the door, adjust climate, etc.) often the app has issues sending the signal to or communicating with the car, ds not respond or is extremely slow to respond. This is a safety issue because in the event I lose my keys or lock my keys in the vehicle, I will be locked out of my vehicle, or in the event of an emergency when I need to access the vehicle quickly, I will be unable to do so. I have contacted Honda about the issue but have yet to have the issue resolved. App sometimes displays ‘Retrieving Status…’ then ‘Data is Unavailable’. Otherwise, the app will not display anything.
