The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 24V499000 (Electrical System), 24V405000(Electrical System), 24V404000(Electrical System), 24V623000 (Service Brakes, Electric), 24V865000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic, Auto Hold Brake System/Brake Hold) and 24V466000 (Structure); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated after parking the vehicle, the vehicle rolled away. The contact stated that the vehicle was experiencing unexpected reduction in regenerative braking system and loss of drive power. The contact also stated that the door handles were sticky and failed to return to the lock or unlock position as needed, upon locking or unlocking the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle was experiencing other undisclosed failures related to the recalls. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recalls repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure because [XXX] recalls and the phone number at 1-844-FISKER1 were inoperative. The failure mileage was 2,700.
