The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear driver’s side door glass fractured without impact. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the vehicle was inspected, and the contact was informed that the glass fracture was not due to a manufacturing defect. The vehicle was repaired. In addition, the contact stated that later, the rear driver’s side door latch failed to latch as intended. The contact’s son inspected the vehicle and noticed water in the door frame.
